1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every individual who uses the 558g platform and any of its services. Using the 558g website, creating an account, or accessing any service constitutes full agreement to these Terms. If a user does not agree with any part of these Terms, they are requested to refrain from using the service.

1.1 Scope of Terms

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Users are required to keep their username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is strictly prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, 558g must be notified immediately.

3.2 Updating Information

If any personal information changes (such as a mobile number or payment method), the account must be updated as soon as possible. 558g will not be responsible for any transaction delays or failures caused by outdated information.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable to all payment methods). Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits are credited to the account almost instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if a verification process is ongoing, additional time may be required. Withdrawal requests must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Transaction Limits

558g reserves the right to set daily or weekly transaction limits in the interest of security. In the case of any unusual transaction, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4.4 Incorrect Transactions

If a deposit is made multiple times or in excess by mistake, support must be notified immediately. 558g reserves the right to correct errors caused by technical faults.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200 and the total balance becomes ৳2,200. Or depositing ৳26,000 adds the maximum bonus of ৳15,000, for a total of ৳41,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means that to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount must be placed. Withdrawal from the bonus is not possible before this requirement is met.

5.3 Promotional Offers

558g provides various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the offer page. Multiple bonuses generally cannot be combined at the same time unless specifically stated.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts, concealing identity, or conducting any manipulative activity for the purpose of obtaining bonuses is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonuses and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

A bet once confirmed cannot be changed or cancelled. Users must satisfy themselves before placing each bet. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical problem, 558g will make a reasonable decision.

6.2 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on various international and domestic cricket matches including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the amount staked on the related bet will be refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated in accordance with fair play principles. If a technical problem occurs during a game, the relevant round will be considered void and the amount wagered in that round will be refunded.

6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit

558g reserves the right to limit the maximum amount that can be won in a single betting session or within a specific time period. Additional verification may be carried out for unusually high winnings.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 558g platform:

• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using any technology or technique to influence the outcome of a game.
• Transferring or selling account credentials to a third party.
• Operating multiple accounts in the names of several members of the same household for the purpose of collecting bonuses.
• Attempting to compromise the security systems of the platform.
• Spreading false or harmful information about 558g or other players.

If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, any balance and bonuses will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

11 Service Suspension and Termination

558g may temporarily suspend an account in the following circumstances: suspicious transactions, identity verification required, security concerns, or an allegation of breach of terms.

11.2 Permanent Closure

An account may be permanently closed due to serious breach of the terms, fraudulent activity, or legal obligations. In such cases, a separate decision will be made regarding the return of any balance.

11.3 Closing Your Account

A user may close their account at any time. To do so, contact support via live chat or email. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

12 Limitation of Liability

558g bears no liability in the following circumstances:

• If a bet or game is disrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• If the user experiences difficulty using the service due to a problem with their device or software.
• If the account is compromised due to the user's own negligence or an unauthorized third party.
• For indirect losses arising from unexpected service interruptions caused by technical reasons.
• If the user violates the laws of their own country.

13 Changes to Terms
